We provide 5 year warranty to manufacturing defects.
Defects caused by incorrect prescription or fitting, lacking of supportive tooth or tissue structures, improper dental hygiene, misuse or accidents are not covered by this warranty.

All materials are sourced from US, EU and Japan with CE marks. Please contact us for a full material list.

Standard turnaround time is 7-8 days, i.e. 4 days on the way back and return plus 3-4 days in-lab production.
For less frequent shipments, e.g. once or twice each week, we would suggest dentists to allow 14 days/2weeks for the cases to turnaround.
